quick question, did you strain after blending?

    1. I am so happy that you enjoyed this read and feel inspired. Spirulina is an amazing powerhouse! I do not strain my nut based milks after blending. It will separate when stored in fridge, so you can strain if you prefer. I just give it a little shake before I use it. I tend to like the bits that fall to the bottom during separation; They are tasty. The step I do not skip is soaking the nuts or seeds. It is important not to skip this step because soaking helps to remove the enzyme inhibitors, activate the full nutrient potential of the food making it more digestible and it tastes even creamier! 🙂
