Waiver of Liability

By participating in any programs or activities offered by Willa Wellness LLC (“the Provider”), you agree to the following Release, Waiver of Liability, Assumption of Risk, and Indemnity Agreement:
- Acknowledgment of Risk
I understand that participation in yoga classes, on-demand videos, live or recorded sessions, workshops, trainings, social media content, and other related activities (collectively, the “Activities”) involves physical and mental exertion and may be conducted in-person, online, or through digital platforms.
I acknowledge that these Activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:
- Personal injury or illness
- Aggravation of existing conditions
- Mental or emotional distress
- Injury or death of an unborn child
- Property loss or damage
- Unpredictable interactions with other participants or third parties
I voluntarily accept and assume all risks, known and unknown, associated with the Activities, including those that may arise out of negligence or carelessness by the Provider or third parties.
- Health & Medical Acknowledgment
I represent and warrant that:
- I am physically and mentally fit to participate in the Activities.
- I have consulted with a physician or licensed healthcare provider and received clearance to participate in physical exercise.
- I will not participate in any Activities if I believe they present a danger to myself, my unborn child, or others.
If I am pregnant, postpartum, or recovering from an injury or medical condition, I agree to:
- Obtain appropriate medical clearance from my doctor, midwife, or physical therapist.
- Wait a minimum of six weeks postpartum before resuming participation.
I understand it is solely my responsibility to monitor my physical condition and consult medical professionals as needed.
- Release of Liability & Indemnification
In consideration for being permitted to participate in the Activities, I, on behalf of myself and anyone who might claim through me, hereby irrevocably waive, release, and discharge the Provider and all related persons and entities, including but not limited to owners, instructors, contributors, independent contractors, employees, volunteers, and third-party platforms used to facilitate the Activities (collectively, the “Releasees”), from any and all claims, liabilities, losses, damages, injuries, or expenses, including attorney fees and court costs, arising from or related to my participation in the Activities.
I agree not to make any claim or bring any legal action against the Releasees. I further agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless the Releasees from any claims, demands, or liabilities made by any third party arising out of or related to my participation in the Activities.
- Participants Under Age 18
If the participant is under the age of 18, a parent or legal guardian must agree to this waiver on their behalf. By signing or consenting to this Agreement, you represent that you are the legal guardian and that you:
- Approve of and consent to the minor’s participation
- Agree to the terms and conditions of this Waiver
- Will ensure the minor complies with these terms
- Will indemnify and hold harmless the Releasees for any claims related to the minor’s participation
- Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in Washington state.
By enrolling in any services or offerings or otherwise agreeing electronically, I acknowledge that I have read, understand, and voluntarily agree to this Waiver of Liability in full.
