YOGA & MOVEMENT Classes
We do things differently. We’re here to help guide you in a realistic and supportive way that centers community.
Here at Willa we offer six week series classes that center community, build over the series with different themes and connection circles. It is a great way to see your wellness grow, make lasting friendships and stay consistent. All of our movement classes are small group, accessible and scalable for all levels. We offer prenatal and postnatal options in all of our movement classes. We suggest getting approval from your doctor or healthcare provider prior to starting any new exercise routine. Each class will follow a similar format and have a theme but will change based on the teacher’s personal style.
Ways to get moving with us…
We get it – it is hard to find time to move your body. We want to make it easier than ever to get moving with us. You can drop-in to class or take an on-demand class in the comfort of your home. We have found that when you commit to a weekly series you are more likely to make movement a regular part of your weekly rhythm and build stronger connections.

Prenatal Yoga
Connect with your growing baby and nurture yourself during your pregnancy with our Prenatal Yoga class. Prenatal Yoga helps you bond with your baby, reduce pregnancy discomfort, improves mental health, prepares you for childbirth and motherhood. You’ll love it because you will feel confident and supported in your pregnancy journey. All stages of pregnancy are welcome.
You will connect with other pregnant parents with a facilitated circle time at the beginning of every class. At the very end of class there is time to rest and pause in a long cozy savasana. Class will get you moving and sweating too – Just because you are pregnant it does not mean you are injured, you may just be doing things differently. Each class will follow a similar format and have a theme but will change based on the teacher.


Yoga with Baby
A postnatal yoga class with your baby that teaches you how to keep moving your body after childbirth. This class focuses on rebuilding your postnatal core and pelvic floor function. We practice yoga, sing, dance a little, breathe deep and enjoy a much needed moment of rest and self care together. Come to connect with other parents, yourself and your baby. It is recommended to wait until you are six weeks postpartum and/or have approval from your medical provider before attending class.
Your baby may cry, fuss or need to feed or have their diaper changed (trust me we have seen it all!) Everything is welcome on your yoga mat. We will honor our rest and when we need to take breaks and/or customize our practice to our unique needs. There is a long savasana (resting pose) with your baby at the end of class. Each class will follow a similar format and have a theme but will change based on the teacher.
Kids Yoga & Storytime
Your little yogi’s adventure awaits in Kids Yoga & Storytime. This class includes circle time with introductions, moving through yoga poses, breathwork, songs and maybe a little dancing. After yoga we will read a yogic story or children’s mindfulness book and work on a coloring sheet together or a mindfulness craft.
This will be a fun activity to do with your kids and not just sit on the sidelines on your phone! Come ready to move and be present caregivers and bring enough yoga mats for you and your kids. Join us for connection with other kids & parents, kids yoga, story time. This class registration is for one caregiver and up to two children max ratio. Siblings or the second child addition is half off your class registration. Each class will follow a similar format and have a theme but will change based on the teacher.


Move with Baby
A postnatal barre class with your baby that teaches you how to keep moving your body after childbirth. This class focuses on rebuilding your postnatal core and pelvic floor function. his class is a postnatal barre style class with body weight or baby weight movements that are designed to get your blood flowing, heart pumping and mood boosted! Functional movement weight training designed with parenthood in mind. Of course we will have a mobility and yoga warm up and cool down too.
