Ella is the founder and owner of Willa Wellness. A dream she has had since becoming a mother for the first time. She has been teaching yoga for over ten years and found the wellness community moving into an unrealistic way that was not accessible to parents. As a mother of 3, she wants to create a luxurious wellness community for the whole family that is realistic and supporting sustainability and our Mother Earth.

Stephanie Toby
innate Postpartum practitioner & educator
Stephanie is a mother, community weaver, and certified Innate Postpartum Care Provider devoted to restoring postpartum as a deeply supported rite of passage. Her calling began after the birth of her first child, sparking a search that led her to this work. She now guides mothers through this sacred season with care, community, and a vision of cultural change—where mothers are honored, babies nourished, and families thrive.

Dr. Tara Morrison, DPT
The embodied birth FACILITATOR & somatic pelvic floor physical therapist
Dr. Tara Morrison is a mother, wife, creatrix, and medicine woman. She is also a Doctor of Physical Therapy, Women’s Health & Intimacy Coach, and creator of Somatic Pelvic Care, her signature mind-body-spirit approach to serving women struggling with pelvic floor challenges so they can feel empowered in their birth experience, feel connected and confident in their bodies postpartum, and reignite intimacy both in and out the bedroom.

Caitlin Bishop, MSN, RN, IBCLC
lactation consultant & The Lactation Class Facilitator
Caitlin is a mother, masters educated Registered Nurse (MSN, RN), and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). She is passionate about supporting families as they transition into parenthood, growing families, and all feeding journeys. She brings 9 years of neonatal nursing experience working with families during complex feeding journeys and medically complex infants while maintaining a passion for physiological care.

Rajika Kumari

Rajika is mother, early childhood teacher and a certified yoga teacher E-RYT 200. Her extensive teaching experience is significantly informed by a career in Montessori education, where she has cultivated nurturing environments that promote physical, mental, and holistic development of children. She recognizes the vital role that yoga has played in her journey toward understanding grace, patience, and personal growth. Rajika is passionate about integrating Montessori principles with yoga to facilitate transformative experiences for both adults and children.

DADS HIKING CLUB HOST
Kevin is a father, comic and hiking enthusiast. He hosts our monthly Dads hiking club at Willa Wellness. Dads need community too. Join him monthly with or without your children for a hike with other Dads.

Brittney Frey
WALKING CLUB HOST
Most of her days are spent chasing after her son and enjoying the beautiful PNW with her husband and their two tabby cats. Whenever I get a quiet moment, I love to relax at my sewing machine, make things for the whole family. You can meet Brittney are our Willa Walking Club hosted on Fridays at 1:00pm in Issaquah at Jojo’s Coffee.

Michela
PRENATAL yoga teacher
Michela started teaching prenatal yoga one year ago, while pregnant with her now almost one year old. She believes prenatal yoga is a tool to honor our changing bodies and connect more deeply with our babies and ourselves.

Graham Waite

Graham has an active role supporting the dream and vision that is Willa Wellness. Whether it be emotional, tech or printer support he knows how to get it done. You can find him problem solving most tech issues, audio and camera solutions and handling just about all the things that Ella doesn’t want to do.
