The Mavens of Motherhood Podcast
The Mavens of Motherhood Podcast is a place to let go of shame, guilt and the unrealistic expectations placed on moms. I’m your host, Ella, and I reclaim wellness for mothers. I am a mama of three, yoga teacher and maternal wellness coach. I am a survivor of postpartum depression and have experienced the loss of identity, overwhelm and anxiety that so many mothers today face. Here’s what I believe: Being a mom does not mean being a martyr. You matter mama and deserve to feel well. Through honest conversations, relatable stories and expert interviews with mavens in maternal wellness, this is a space for you to learn, grow and be encouraged to keep prioritizing you.
